Chase von Staven is a stunning 8-10 week old German shepherd mix puppy with the most gorgeous jet-black coat and big brown eyes. This super-agile little guy gleefully bounces around the yard with short and powerful energy bursts and lightning speed, playfully engaging his foster fur companion in the action. A snuffle mat, a ball or a toy easily keeps him occupied when his foster family is relaxing and he especially enjoys the savory chew sticks that are tossed his way! His puppy energy will keep you and your pack amused as you answer his request for a good game of fetch or tug-o-war. His crate serves as his respite from the zoomies and at bedtime as he quietly and politely submits to his ‘safe place’ until morning. His shepherd smarts are evident as he quickly learns commands and takes correction – he’ll also let you know when it’s time to go outside to ‘do his business’ when he sits by the door and whimpers to get your attention. The more mellow side of Chase surfaces when he gently approaches the resident kitty for some attention and kisses; he's a great candidate for a future home that includes feline companions. Somewhat shy when meeting strangers, He can be won over with a yummy treat or some praise and gentle strokes of his soft belly. Chase is enjoying his puppyhood in a loving foster home while he waits for that fun-loving adoptive family to come along…..and he would be delighted to meet you!
